Pickup and Delivery Specialist / Porter

Performance Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM Centerville is hiring for Full-Time and Part-Time Driver and Porter positions with flexible schedules. If you wake up each morning with a smile and enjoy making those around you happy, this job is for you. Your responsibilities will include keeping the drive thru clear, and picking up and delivering cars for our customers, taking them to the shop for service, and returning the vehicles to the customers once the work is completed.

• $12.00 to $15.00 Per Hour (experience-based)
• Flexible Hours Available, (Mornings, Afternoons, Evenings, and Weekends)
• Both Full-Time and Part-Time positions Available

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Keeping the service drive clear, and parking customer vehicles.
• Hanging keys in appropriate area.
• Cleaning service drive when needed.
• Drive to customer locations to pick up vehicles scheduled for service. 
• Safely deliver vehicles back to customers post-service, ensuring clear communication about the service performed and any recommendations.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with customers. 
• Maintain accurate records of all pickups and deliveries, including mileage and customer feedback. 
• Ensure the safe operation of the vehicle and report any maintenance or safety issues as necessary. 
• Collaborate with the service team to manage the schedule efficiently and accommodate customer requests. 
• Uphold Performance Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction in every interaction.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a driving record allowing you to drive customers and company vehicles.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous driving experience, preferably in a customer service role. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 
• Knowledge of automobile service and maintenance processes is a plus
