Pickleball Team Member

Reporting to the Sports and Games Managerial staff, the Pickleball Team Member is responsible for the day-to-day operations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor pickleball facilities
• Take reservations and schedule meets
• Perform minor maintenance and cleaning of courts
• Maintain inventory of concessions and retail items
• Deliver high level of customer service when working at the front desk, answering calls, and assisting guests
• Handle payment transactions and deposit receipts
• Register players 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Customer relations and front desk experience preferred
• Point-of-Sale register and cash handling experience preferred
• Capable of multi-tasking and working independently
• Must have a valid state issued driver’s license with a reliable means of transportation
• Open to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift 20 pounds unassisted and 30 pounds assisted
• Able to work in sunny, hot, humid, cold, and rainy conditions
• Willing to work in a smoke, tobacco, and drug-free workplace
