Status: Part-Time

Schedule: Monday - Friday, approximately 20 hours per week (4 hours per day)

Compensation: $17.00/hour

Position Summary: The Part-Time Pick and Pack Associate accurately picks, verifies, packs, labels, and stages customer orders for shipment while maintaining order accuracy and a safe work area.

Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:

• Pick products according to customer orders and established procedures.
• Verify item numbers, product descriptions, and quantities for accuracy.
• Pack and label products securely to help prevent damage during shipment.
• Stage completed orders in the appropriate area for shipment.
• Operate a computer and related warehouse order-processing equipment.
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect products and maintain a clean, safe work area.

Qualifications:

• Ability to accurately follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to use order-processing systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse, order-picking, packing, or fulfillment experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to stand and walk for the duration of a four-hour shift; frequently bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive movements; and lift and carry up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
