Sansum Clinic, part of Sutter Health, is seeking a Urgent Care Physician to join our highly respected, physician-led, multi-specialty medical group in beautiful Santa Barbara, California.

  • $300,000 - $340,000 annual base salary

• Position Details:

  • Flexible Schedule -Three 12 hours shifts per week on average
  • Evaluating and treating a wide range of patients with a broad case mix, from minor injuries and infections to complex presentations that benefit from rapid diagnostics.  
  • Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests
  • Administering and prescribing medications
  • Providing patient education and counseling
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals within the multispecialty group or the emergency department to coordinate care
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records

Qualifications

• MD or DO with Directly Related Experience in Urgent Care
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Emergency Medicine
• DEA Certificate
• Eligible to Work in the United States
• CA Licensure or the Ability to Obtain CA Licensure
• Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills
