Physician Primary Care

Swedish is seeking a primary care physician for a unique part-time opportunity to help launch a new Executive Health Program. Clinic hours are on Saturday. This role will provide executive health physicals for an international Fortune 100 company at the Issaquah clinic.

Appointments are scheduled for one hour, giving physicians dedicated time to take a thorough health history, perform a physical exam, and review results with each patient. This is an opportunity to be an integral part of building the program from the ground up ahead of its January 2027 launch. Interested candidates should submit a current CV with their application.

Position Highlights

0.3 FTE, including Saturday clinic hours and additional weekday time to prepare for appointments

Minimum of three years of primary care experience

No call responsibilities

Open to Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, and Internal Medicine-Pediatrics physicians

Salary range: $90,886 to $106,262

The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.

The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above
