The physician will be responsible for providing patient care within the Spine Rehab department. They are expected to work effectively both individually and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Essential Job Functions: Patient Care
Qualifications: Physician Degree from an accredited medical school with completion of residency and fellowship. Excellent written and berbal communication skills. Has demonstrated success in working individually and as part of a team and demonstrated leadership qualities.
