We are seeking a motivated and mission‑driven Family Medicine Core Faculty Physician to join our rural residency program. Position Highlights

• 0.5-0.7 FTE Faculty/Teaching + 0.3–0.5 FTE Clinical (flexible and negotiable)
• Core faculty rate: $171/hr (up to 0.7 FTE available)
• Work closely with Sacramento and Davis Faculty

Ideal Candidate

• Passion for teaching, curriculum involvement, and faculty development
• Inpatient experience is a plus
• OB optional, but welcomed

Qualifications

Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine - Required

Must be qualified and appropriately credentialed physicians capable of providing clinical care and resident education. -
RequiredMust maintain active clinical skills and provide direct patient care to model appropriate practice for residents. -
RequiredMust be able to teach, supervise, and evaluate residents using ACGME competency‑based assessment frameworks.-
