The Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner will evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient occupational health setting. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate medical records and providing guidance to center staff in the absence of the Medical Director.

Overview
Concentra, the largest occupational health care company in the country, is looking for a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to support our outpatient center in Erlanger, KY within the greater Cincinnati metro on a per diem PRN basis. Shifts available to cover are Mon-Fri business hours and Saturday half days.
Responsibilities
- Assures personal compliance with licensing, certification and accrediting bodies.
- Evaluates and treats Center patients in accordance with Concentra's medical model.
- Completes all medical record documentation prior to end of shift.
- Calls client representatives following employee treatment for initial injury and/or at any significant change in status.
- Calls patients to ensure their well-being as needed following center visits.
- In the absence of Center Medical Director, provides guidance to other medical personnel and center colleagues.
Qualifications
- Current unrestricted medical license in KY and OH
- Unrestricted DEA license for KY and OH
- DOT/FMCSA certification – active or willing to get during credentialing
- Must be eligible to participate in Medicare
- Two to five years of experience in primary care, occupational medicine, urgent care, or an emergency medicine setting is preferred
