Our teams include OB/GYN physicians, certified nurse-midwives, nurse practitioners, behavioral health clinicians, maternal-fetal medicine specialists, urogynecologists, and experienced operational teams—so you can focus on what matters most: providing excellent care. 

We're hiring a board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN to join our Tualatin team—a site where physicians have the support, trust, and autonomy to build sustainable careers.

Your Practice Environment

 Collaborative call.

You're never on your own. Physician backup is always available—but more importantly, asking for help is simply how this team practices. Complex deliveries, difficult surgical decisions, and unexpected situations become shared problems, not solitary ones. 

Balanced, full-scope practice.

You'll care for a wide range of OB and GYN patients, with moderate-risk obstetrics and clear pathways for higher-acuity transfers when needed. The result is a practice that keeps your skills broad while allowing you to develop confidence and clinical judgment in a well-supported environment. 

Sustainable, flexible practice design.

You'll have meaningful input into how your practice evolves over time. Whether your interests lean toward surgery, obstetrics, gynecology, or a balanced mix, schedules and clinic templates are designed to support both excellent patient care and long-term physician wellbeing.

With integrated advanced practice clinicians, experienced staff, in-house resources, and close proximity between clinic and hospital, you'll spend less time navigating systems and more time caring for patients.

Qualifications: What You Bring to the Table 

MD or DO from an accredited program
Completion of an ACGME-accredited OB/GYN residency (or expected prior to start)
Board certified or board eligible in OB/GYN
Eligibility for Oregon licensure
DEA and hospital privileging eligibility
Malpractice insurability
