To support flexibility and attract exceptional clinicians, we offer two compensation modules for our therapy team members: Hourly Compensation and Pay-Per-Visit (PPV). Each model is designed to ensure fairness, transparency, and growth while maintaining consistency in patient care.
Flexible Schedule Options:

- A traditional 40-hour work week
- Four 9-hour days with a half-day Friday, or
- Four 10-hour days for a longer weekend

We specialize in providing comprehensive, evidence-based therapeutic services for children from birth through age 21.
Through our sister company, Reliant Pediatric Therapy Services, we offer high-quality occupational, physical, and speech therapy in the environment that best supports each child whether at home, daycare, or school. Our outpatient facility, Reliant Children Therapy Center, Inc., is a state-of-the-art center based in Katy, Texas. Equipped with advanced therapeutic tools and designed to meet the needs of children with a wide range of developmental and physical challenges, it allows us to provide comprehensive and highly individualized treatments.
We also operate Reliant ABA Therapy Inc., our premier autism and counseling center, also headquartered in Katy. This center provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), counseling, and behavioral services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder as well as other emotional or behavioral needs. Our interdisciplinary teams work closely with families to build skills, foster independence, and support long-term success.
