Job Specifics:

We are looking for a versatile and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in Chicago. This unique role offers the best of both worlds: the collaborative environment of our outpatient clinic and the personalized, one-on-one impact of outpatient home visits.

This is a perfect opportunity for a PTA who enjoys variety in their day and wants to grow alongside a flourishing practice.

Note: You will be employed directly by our partner clinic, leveraging Prava’s AI platform, care models, and operational ecosystem to deliver high-quality care.

What You'll Do:

• Provide high-quality manual therapy and exercise-based treatments in our Chicago clinic off of Lake Shore Drive.

• Conduct outpatient home visits for local patients, ensuring they receive top-tier care in a comfortable environment.

• Develop and implement individualized plans of care based on patient goals and clinical findings.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience (Outpatient experience preferred).

• Orthopedic experience required

• Licensure: Active Illinois Physical Therapist Assistant license.

• Flexibility: Comfortable traveling to local patient homes (reliable transportation is a must).

• Professionalism: Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach to care.
