PTA/COTA
Concordia has an exciting opportunity for licensed therapy assistants to join our Rehabilitative team at our newest location: Concordia at SpiriTrust – Luther Ridge in Chambersburg, PA. If you are a dedicated and compassionate PTA or COTA, we would love to welcome you to our team! We have Full-time, Part-time, and PRN opportunities!

PTAs and COTAs deliver individualized treatment to help our skilled nursing residents and patients restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities - supporting our residents’ and short-term rehab patients’ recovery, independence, and overall quality of life.

Responsibilities of PTAs and COTAs:
- Collaborates with Interdisciplinary Team and provides family and caregiver education to improve patient quality of life
- Submits timely and accurate documentation.
Qualifications:
- Current Physical Therapy Assistant license or Occupational Therapy Assistant license in the state of Pennsylvania.
- New graduates welcome to apply.
- Experience in inpatient rehabilitation or skilled nursing facilities is preferred.
- Ability to communicate and work collaboratively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
