Compensation & Schedule
- $84–$118 per visit/hour (based on experience, location, and employment type)
- Flexible scheduling

Daily Responsibilities
- Evaluate pediatric patients
- Develop individualized plans of care
- Deliver home-based physical therapy
- Monitor progress toward treatment goals
- Complete documentation
- Educate caregivers
- Coordinate care with families and healthcare professionals

Requirements
Arizona PT or DPT license, CPR certification, AHCCCS ID, Article 9 certification, driver's license, reliable transportation, and strong organizational abilities.
