Job Description
Drayer Physical Therapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is looking for a PRN Physical Therapist to join our team in Centerville, OH.

What you need…
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Current or pending state licensure
- Ability to work a flexible schedule of no more than 19 hours per week
