We are seeking to hire a Physical Therapist - Perdiem

• $55 per hour.

Physical Therapist - PT Qualifications:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited College or University.
• Licensed and in good standing by the State of Pennsylvania and current registration.
• Should be a member of the American Physical Therapy Association.
• One year of experience in Long Term Care is preferred.

Physical Therapist - PT Job Summary:

• Perform evaluations, designs treatment plans, and administers Physical Therapy as prescribed by a physician.
• Supervise professional and non-professional Physical Therapy staff in delivery of Physical Therapy services.
• Assign case load and other related tasks to Physical Therapy staff consistent with their education and experience.
• Coordinate Physical Therapy with other appropriate services for assigned residents.
• Complete required documentation for resident’s medical records.
• Schedule daily treatments.
