Job Specifics:

We are looking for a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist to help grow our women's health program. This PRN position begins with approximately 10 to 15 hours per week and offers the opportunity to build into a full-time caseload as patient demand increases.

You'll have the flexibility to provide care in our outpatient clinic, through mobile outpatient visits, or a combination of both. This is an excellent opportunity for a therapist who enjoys autonomy while helping establish and expand a specialized pelvic health program.

Note: You will be employed directly by our partner clinic, leveraging Prava’s AI platform, care models, and operational ecosystem to deliver high-quality care.

What You'll Do:

• Evaluate and treat patients with pelvic floor dysfunction in a private room

• Develop individualized treatment plans

• Educate patients on pelvic health, exercise, and lifestyle modifications

• Document visits using our AI-powered EMR on mobile or desktop

• Collaborate with referring providers and our rehabilitation team

• Help grow and develop our pelvic floor service line

Qualifications:

• Current Illinois Physical Therapist license (or eligible)

• Pelvic floor training or experience required

• Excellent communication and patient education skills

• Reliable transportation for mobile patient visits

• Ability to work independently while providing exceptional patient care
