Our Select Physical Therapy outpatient physical therapy center in Fairbanks, AK is seeking a compassionate and driven pelvic health physical therapist to join our team. Emphasis is placed on improving access and enhancing the quality of pelvic health rehabilitation.

Compensation:
- Salary Range: $110,000.00 - $125,000.00/year (Commensurate with experience)
- Up to $20,000 Sign On Bonus

Responsibilities
- Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
- Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
- Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
- Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited PT school
- Valid State Physical Therapist license
- CPR certification
Preferred Qualifications:
- Completed Pelvic Health Certification from Herman Wallace or APTA
