Qualifications
- Must hold (or be eligible to obtain) an Physical Therapist license in the state of Illinois
- Prior licensed experience in an outpatient pedatric setting, required
- Must have great rapport with children and families

Pay Range
USD $50.00 - USD $60.00 /Visit
