About the Role:
PTPro is growing, and we're looking for exceptional physical therapists who want to practice at the highest level. Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions and needs.
• Create personalized treatment plans to address individual rehabilitation goals.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities to promote healing and recovery.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention and wellness strategies.
• Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Stay updated with the latest physical therapy techniques and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Current Washington State Physical Therapy License in good standing.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to patient-centered care.
• Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings or weekends as needed.
• CPR certification and knowledge of current best practices in physical therapy.
