Job Description
Role: Physical Therapist, Pain Management (Telehealth & Onsite)
This full-time role offers an opportunity to provide specialized physical therapy services to Veterans with chronic pain. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary Pain Management team using your clinical skills to improve patient function and quality of life.
The position includes a regular weekday schedule with mostly direct patient care and a mix of onsite and telehealth services.
Key Responsibilities:
● Perform comprehensive physical and functional evaluations.
● Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
● Treat patients with chronic pain and related functional conditions including musculoskeletal, neurologic, cardiovascular, and pulmonary.
● Provide therapeutic exercise, rehabilitation, patient education, and functional restoration.
● Evaluate adaptive equipment, prosthetics, positioning, and other functional needs.
● Provide home programs and education to support continued progress.
● Collaborate with the interdisciplinary Pain Management team.
● Document patient progress, treatment, and outcomes in electronic medical records.
● Provide services onsite and through approved telehealth services.
Schedule and Shift Details:
● Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM schedule
