Physical Therapist - Outpatient Care (PT-PD)

PT, 40 hrs/pp, 0.5 FTE; varies as scheduled.

Job Summary:

The licensed physical therapist evaluates, examines, treats, monitors and provides ongoing assessment of patients/clients; performs all necessary paperwork/reports; plans and develops new programs; maintains communication with patients/clients, patient/client family, caregiver and physician and contract site staff; supervises therapy assistants and support staff; and other diverse duties as requested or required.

Our outpatient clinic team of 8 PT’s and 8 PTA’s includes Orthopedic Clinic Specialists, Lymphedema Specialists, Pelvic Floor Specialists, and Vestibular Specialists. Our general outpatient clinic serves patients of all age groups, with all diagnoses. We also have an aquatic therapy program and pediatric program as part of our department. Applicants for this open position would work in our clinical team to care for patients with mostly orthopedic diagnoses but may work with patients with neurologic needs, lymphedema issues, or vestibular deficiencies, depending on clinical training and interests. Our clinic currently offers 60-minute one-on-one appointments. All areas of our department use EPIC as an EMR.

Education and/or Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s (B.A., B.S.), Master's (M.A., M.S.) or Doctorate (DPT) degree in Physical Therapy

Licensure & Certifications Requirements:

Physical Therapy board certification and licensure according to state regulations.

Supervisor's license as required by state.

Valid Driver's license.

Pay Range: $43.00-$65.00
