Job Overview

Rehab Advantage & Sports Medicine is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide services within CoreCivic facilities in Ohio. This PRN role typically follows a 3-day per week schedule, offering flexibility with consistent patient volume.

Responsibilities

✔️ Implement treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist
 ✔️ Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, and function
 ✔️ Communicate patient progress with supervising PT and team
 ✔️ Maintain accurate documentation and follow facility guidelines

Qualifications

🎓 Associate degree from an accredited PTA program
 📄 Active Ohio PTA license in good standing
 🧠 Strong clinical and communication skills
 ❤️ Commitment to patient-centered care
