Compensation

• Earn between $84-$118 per hour
• Pay rates vary based on location, experience, and employment status
• W-2 and 1099 opportunities available
• Full-time, part-time, and contract positions offered

Role Responsibilities

As a Pediatric Physical Therapist, you will:

• Provide individualized physical therapy services in the home environment
• Evaluate patient needs and establish treatment goals that support functional development
• Design and implement personalized plans of care
• Document patient progress, treatment outcomes, and ongoing recommendations
• Educate parents and caregivers on exercises, activities, and strategies to support progress between visits
• Collaborate with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care
• Communicate patient updates, progress, and treatment recommendations to appropriate stakeholders
• Foster strong therapeutic relationships with children and their caregivers

Flexible Scheduling Options

We believe clinicians should have flexibility in how they structure their schedules.

Available options include:

• W-2 employment
• Independent contractor (1099) opportunities
• Custom caseloads ranging from approximately 8-25 visits per week
• Opportunities available throughout Arizona

Required Qualifications

Applicants must possess:

• Active Arizona Physical Therapist license (PT or DPT)
• Current CPR certification
• AHCCCS ID
• Article 9 certification
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with pediatric populations
• Home health experience
