$45.00 - $50.00/hour, based on experience
Part-Time | 8:00AM – 4:00PM
Shifts: Saturday – Monday OR Friday - Sunday

Delivering Solutions that Matter:

• Provide exceptional physical therapy services to a diverse resident population
• Perform comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to maximize residents' mobility, function, and quality of life.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team to support rehabilitation goals, coordinate care, and ensure safe, effective discharge planning and referrals.

Qualifications for Success:

• Current, valid Massachusetts Physical Therapist (PT) license.
• Prior experience with high-tech assistive technologies preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and patient evaluation skills.
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English - both verbally and written
