What You’ll Do:
Provide physical therapy services to clients according to standards of practice outlined by the American Physical Therapy Association. Services may include screening, evaluation, direct service, consultation and/or instruction.
Demonstrate knowledge and case management skills to coordinate client home care needs in collaboration with client, family, physician, other providers and pay so
