Salary: $90,000–$115,000 based on experience

FYZICAL Marlborough is Physical Therapist owned and operated. We are growing and seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to join our team. Experienced PTs and New Grads are encouraged to apply. We serve a broad population of orthopedic and neurological patients including high school and college athletes, post surgical rehab, vertigo/vestibular cases, Parkinson’s Disease, and much more!

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
• Deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy services
• Treat orthopedic, neurologic, balance, and vestibular conditions
• Educate patients on injury prevention and long-term wellness
• Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent patient outcomes

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Massachusetts (or in final stages of licensure)
• New graduates welcome — mentorship and support provided
• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
• Passion for delivering high-quality patient care
