We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to provide individualized care to pediatric and adult patients in their homes. If you value clinical independence and building meaningful connections with your patients, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Complete in-home PT evaluations

• Develop individualized treatment plans and functional goals

• Provide therapy to improve mobility, strength, function, and independence

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed

• Collaborate with PTAs, physicians, and other members of the care team

• Complete accurate and timely documentation

What We’re Looking For

• Active Texas Physical Therapist license

• Minimum 1 year of PT experience

• Current BLS/CPR certification

• Own device and reliable internet connection required to access your schedule and complete charting

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Strong clinical and communication skills

• Ability to work independently
