Per Diem

The Certified Pharmacy Technician/Durable Medical Equipment (DME) Specialist, Per Diem supports patient care by assisting with symptom management, maintaining patient records, and coordinating pharmaceutical and durable medical equipment services. Reporting to the Senior Director of Pharmacy and Vendor Services, this role partners closely with pharmacy, DME, and clinical teams to deliver high-quality, cost-effective care.

Key Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be a registered Certified Pharmacy Technician with the Massachusetts Board of Pharmacy.
• Previous Pharmacy Technician experience in a healthcare setting required; Certified Medical Assistant experience preferred.
• Must maintain certification through a nationally approved Pharmacy Technician certification board in accordance with Massachusetts Board of Pharmacy requirements.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Working knowledge of pharmacy order entry, billing systems, electronic medical records, and pharmacy/DME benefit management systems.
• Basic math skills and the ability to navigate multiple healthcare technology platforms effectively.

The Pay Range listed is the anticipated hiring range of this position.  Precise pay rates are determined through consideration of one or more of the following:  education, training, relevant experience and work location.  There are some cases in which the pay rate could exceed the range listed on this job post.  Care Dimensions also offers a comprehensive benefits package – including employer-sponsored health insurance, paid time-off, tuition reimbursement, student loan paydown, supplemental insurance options and more – which adds to the company’s generous total rewards package.    

Pay Range$32—$32 USD
