Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. Certification, Licensure: Certification from Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy. Must possess Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers. Education, Knowledge, Training: One (1) to three (3) months related experience and/or training.
Prefer certification from the State or National Pharmacy Technician Certification Board and 1 year hospital experience.
