The student assistant will support the marketing and promotion of continuing education programs while managing attendee registration and documentation. They will also provide general administrative assistance before and after events as required.

Assist with marketing and promotion of continuing education programs
Prepare and organize program materials
Assist with attendee registration and communication
Help maintain CE program documentation and records
Provide administrative support before and following CE events
Assist with other CE-related tasks as needed
Qualifications
Current WNE student in good academic standing
Strong organizational and communication skills
Attention to detail
Comfortable using email and Microsoft Office/365
Ability to complete assignments independently and meet deadlines
Students from any WNE program are encouraged to apply. Interest in event planning, marketing, communications, healthcare, or professional education is a plus.
