Scheurer Family Pharmacy Harbor Beach
Pharmacy Clerk - Part Time Position
40 hours/bi-weekly pay
Available for rotating weekends and some holidays
Scheurer Family Pharmacy in Habor Beach, a part of Scheurer Network, is seeking a part-time Pharmacy Clerk. Applicants will need to be available to work evenings, rotating weekends, and some holidays.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers and greet them in a professional and friendly manner.
- Assist with retail (Customer service, handling cash, and processing register transactions).
- Clean shelves and “front” merchandise; place orders for restocking at least three times a week.
- Restock prescription vials, caps, and bags.
- Answer telephone
- Maintain and file records
- Be able to maintain strict confidentiality
- Assisting in the maintenance of cleanliness and orderliness of the pharmacy
- Assist Pharmacist and other staff as needed
- Participate in pharmacy orientation programs, training programs for pharmacy supportive personnel, pharmacy staff meetings and in-service education programs.
Requirements
- include a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent; no experience required.
