Pharma Project Assistant (Part-Time)

Description

 TwelveStone Health Partners is seeking a part-time Pharma Project Assistant to support pharmaceutical partnership initiatives, operational projects, and clinical research programs. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and interested in gaining practical experience in healthcare operations, project management, and pharmaceutical partnerships.

Working under the guidance of the Manager of Purchasing, the Pharma Project Assistant will provide administrative and project support for pharmaceutical partnership service-level agreements (SLAs), operational initiatives, and FDA post-marketing Real-World Evidence (RWE) research activities.

What You’ll Do

• Provide administrative and operational support for pharmaceutical partnership agreements, data initiatives, and clinical research programs. 
• Assist with project tracking, documentation, reporting, and coordination activities. 
• Support data gathering and organization for Manager of Purchasing reporting. 
• Collaborate with the Project Management Office and Pharma Enhanced Service Intake team to support quarterly business review preparation and other program reporting. 
• Assist with patient outreach, including appointment reminders and helping patients who experience technical difficulties completing online surveys or questionnaires. 
• Support special projects and other learning assignments as needed.

Requirements

 What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required. 
• No previous healthcare or research experience required. 
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word. 
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively. 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
• Collaborative, dependable, and willing to learn. 
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and company privacy requirements.
