Stone Mountain Pet Lodge – Blaine
Love dogs? Looking for a job that's active, rewarding, and never boring?
Stone Mountain Pet Lodge is looking for dependable, caring people to join our Pet Care team. As a Pet Care Assistant, you'll help care for dogs staying with us by providing exercise, playtime, cleaning, and lots of attention.
This is our primary entry-level position and a great place to start if you enjoy working with animals and want to build a career in pet care. We'll teach you the rest.
What You'll Do
- Walk dogs and supervise playtime
- Help keep pets safe, happy, and comfortable
- Clean suites, play areas, dishes, toys, and equipment
- Watch for changes in pets' behavior or health and report concerns
- Help keep our facility clean, organized, and welcoming
- Work closely with your teammates to provide excellent care
What We're Looking For
- At least 16 years old
- Loves dogs and enjoys working with animals
- Reliable and dependable
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to work some evenings, weekends and holidays
- Comfortable being on your feet and working indoors and outdoors
