What You'll Do

As a Personal Trainer, you'll help members build healthier lifestyles through encouragement, accountability, and expert coaching.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading engaging personal training sessions
• Coaching fitness consultations and selling personal training packages
• Teaching safe and effective exercise technique
• Helping members set realistic goals and create action plans
• Tracking progress and celebrating member successes
• Providing education on healthy habits and basic nutrition
• Creating a welcoming, positive experience for every member
• Supporting the growth of our Personal Training program through client retention and referrals
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional training environment

Qualifications

• Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Positive, encouraging attitude
• Ability to motivate and coach individuals from all fitness backgrounds
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
• Comfortable with sales and building your book of clients

Preferred Certifications

• Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ISSA, ACE, ACSM, or equivalent)
• CPR/AED Certification

Newly certified trainers are strongly encouraged to apply.

$15 - up to $40 per hour based on certifications and experience

Schedule

Part-Time

Typical availability includes:

• Monday through Friday mornings
• Monday through Thursday evenings
