Sign-On Bonus: Up to $1,500 for qualified full-time PSS hires!
Eligible applicants must hold full PSS certification when hired. Payment is structured as $500 at 60 days, $500 at 120 days, and $500 at 180 days of employment. The incentive applies to full-time hires and is forfeited if employment ends before 180 days.

The Role
As a Personal Support Specialist, you'll help residents maintain their comfort, independence, and dignity throughout their daily routines. Responsibilities include:
- Providing hands-on assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Helping residents with daily living and household activities
- Supporting meal preparation and meal service
- Responding to resident call lights promptly
- Assisting with resident activities and encouraging participation
- Completing accurate documentation regarding care and resident status
- Communicating observations and concerns to the appropriate team members
- Contributing to a positive, safe, and respectful living environment

Requirements
What You Need
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- PSS certification is required at the time of hire for sign-on bonus eligibility
- Must agree to obtain PSS certification within 120 days if not already certified
- Proof of MMR and Varicella immunization/immunity
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions
- Effective English communication skills
