Preferred Qualifications:
- 2-3+ years of experience with personal insurance in a brokerage setting
- Active Property & Casualty License
- MS Office
- Insurance knowledge, including coverage, product knowledge, and familiarity with agency functions and procedures
- You have experience working with agency management systems.
What you will be doing:
- Engage with customers through phone calls, efficiently connect them to the right departments, and provide insightful answers to their inquiries.
- Elevate every client interaction by delivering an exceptional customer service experience.
- Manage insurance claim filing and processing
- Answer client’s billing, claims, coverage questions, etc.
- Assist with cancellation notices and evaluating renewal policies
