Job Details: Job Location: Messiah Home - Mechanicsburg, PA, Position Type: Part Time, Salary Range: $17.00 - $20.85Hourly, Job Shift: Any, Job Category: Health Care, Our Enhanced Living (Personal Care) team is looking for Nursing Assistants to join their team!
As an Enhanced Living Nursing Assistant, you’ll be the friendly face and helping hands that make daily life easier, safer, and more joyful for our residents. You’ll work closely with our nursing team, support independence, and deliver hands-on care with heart. And bonus — after just 90 days, you can grow into a Med Tech role!

What You Bring
Comfort with tech (Microsoft Office, POC systems, databases)
A collaborative spirit — you work well with residents, families, and teammates
Strong communication skills
Organization skills that keep you steady even on busy days
What You’ll Do
Support residents with personal hygiene and daily living tasks
Encourage independence wherever possible
Respond to call bells with care and urgency
Communicate with the Charge Nurse and Enhanced Living Director
Assist with transfers (bed → chair, etc.)
Report changes in physical or mental status — you’re the eyes and ears that help us provide great care

Qualifications: What Else You’ll Need
18 years of age or older
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Nursing Assistant training (preferred but not required)
1 Year Clerical experience in healthcare setting preferred, but not required
