Job Description
Caregiver | Personal Care Assistant
Location: Hartford, CT
Pay: $17 for caregivers and $18-$25 for CNA
Schedule: Full-time & Part-time
Setting: In-person

Are you caring, dependable, and passionate about helping others? We’re looking for dedicated Caregivers to provide compassionate, personalized support to seniors and individuals with memory care and physical needs.
Your work will help clients remain safe, comfortable, independent, and engaged in their daily lives.
Your Responsibilities
- Assist with daily activities such as dressing, personal hygiene, grooming, and meals.
- Provide compassionate support to individuals with dementia and memory care needs.
- Help clients with safe transfers and mobility, including the use of equipment such as Hoyer lifts.
- Accompany and transport clients to medical appointments, errands, and local outings.
- Maintain accurate and timely health and care documentation using an electronic record system.
- Build trusting relationships with clients while providing respectful, individualized care.
What You Bring
- Previous experience in home care, assisted living, senior care, or long-term care.
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine heart for service.
- Ability to safely perform physical tasks, including lifting, transferring, and assisting with mobility.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- A dependable, compassionate, and professional approach to caregiving.
