Job Description
Chantilly Heights Memory Care is seeking compassionate and dependable Personal Care Aides to join our team. If you are passionate about supporting older adults and creating a safe, comfortable environment for individuals living with memory loss, we would love to meet you!
Available Shifts
- Day Shift: 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
- Evening Shift: 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m.
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available
What You’ll Do
- Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living
- Provide respectful, compassionate support tailored to each resident’s needs
- Help residents with mobility, meals, grooming, dressing, and other daily routines
- Observe and report changes in residents’ condition or behavior
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
- Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members
- Follow individualized care plans and community policies
Qualifications
- Must hold a current Virginia-approved certification or credential, such as PCA, HHA, CNA, or another qualifying direct-care certification
- Previous senior living, assisted living, or memory care experience is preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to provide attentive and respectful care to individuals living with memory-related conditions
