Performance Marketing Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager based in the United States.

This is a hands-on performance marketing role focused on building and scaling paid acquisition from the ground up.
You will own campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and Reddit, taking responsibility for both execution and optimization.
The role gives you end-to-end ownership, from campaign setup and landing pages to tracking, attribution, and performance reporting.
You will work closely with content partners to turn positioning and messaging into high-converting campaigns for multiple customer segments.
Success will depend on your ability to combine analytical rigor with creative judgment and continuous experimentation.
You will also manage performance budgets against CAC, ROAS, and lead-conversion objectives.

Accountabilities

• Build, launch, manage, and continuously optimize paid performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Reddit, and other relevant channels.

• Own the full campaign lifecycle, including campaign architecture, bidding, targeting, creative testing, landing pages, forms, tracking, and optimization.

• Independently create landing pages, campaign templates, forms, and other digital marketing assets using HubSpot or comparable marketing platforms.

• Establish and maintain accurate tracking, attribution, reporting, and measurement frameworks so performance data is reliable and actionable.

• Monitor campaign performance and continuously test creative, keywords, bidding strategies, audiences, and landing-page variations to improve conversion efficiency and reduce cost per lead.

• Partner with content and creative stakeholders to adapt messaging into paid campaigns tailored to different customer segments and verticals.

• Manage performance marketing budgets and optimize spend against CAC, ROAS, lead-conversion, and other acquisition targets.

• Develop clear performance dashboards and provide regular reporting and recommendations to marketing and executive leadership.

• Identify opportunities for channel, campaign, and funnel improvements and take ownership of implementing those improvements with minimal oversight.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns, including campaign setup, bidding, optimization, and measurement.

• Demonstrated ability to independently own a performance marketing channel or function from strategy through execution without relying on a large supporting team.

• Hands-on experience building landing pages, forms, campaign assets, and reporting dashboards in HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation platform.

• Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms, campaign optimization, conversion tracking, attribution, and performance measurement.

• Meticulous and analytical approach to reporting, with the ability to maintain accurate tracking and communicate results clearly.

• Proven experience turning customer or company messaging into effective, conversion-focused paid campaigns.

• Experience driving lead generation and conversion across multiple customer segments, industries, or verticals.

• Strong analytical capabilities combined with sound creative judgment and a willingness to continuously test and experiment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present campaign performance and recommendations.

• Ability to work independently, prioritize competing initiatives, and take full ownership of outcomes.

• Experience marketing to buyers in healthcare, fintech, or eCommerce is a plus.

• Familiarity with agentic AI, identity verification, fraud, trust and safety, or compliance-focused markets is a plus.

• Experience working within an early-stage or growth-stage B2B SaaS environment is advantageous.

• Must be based in the United States and authorized to work in the U.S.
