Employment: Full-time
Location: Fully remote
Schedule: Primarily U.S. business hours, with flexibility as needed
Reports to: VP Creative / CMO

Base Salary: $60,000–$84,000 + breakout performance bonuses at various milestones.

We’re hiring a Performance Creative Strategist / Graphic, Video & AI Designer for a fast-growing DTC supplement brand.

This is a performance marketing role, not a traditional design or social media position.

You’ll be responsible for leading the creative strategy behind paid acquisition across multiple products, working closely with media buyers and video editors to develop, test, analyze, and scale winning creative.

This Is NOT

• A social media content role
• A traditional brand design role
• A junior media buying role

We’re looking for someone who has already helped create winning paid-social concepts in supplements, health, wellness, beauty, nutra, or a similar direct-response category.

You should understand:

• Meta creative strategy
• Awareness levels
• Hooks, leads, mechanisms, and belief shifts
• UGC, statics, VSLs, advertorials, PDPs, and presells
• How to study winning ads and identify the underlying pattern
• How to brief editors and designers
• How to work within a creative pod alongside media buyers and video editors
• How to read performance data, identify winners, and iterate quickly
• How creative impacts Meta performance and scaling

You’ll work with existing media buyers and editors. Your job is to lead the creative system: research, angles, briefs, feedback loops, testing priorities, and winner iteration.

What We’re Looking For

You must already have a portfolio of performance creative work.

Our ideal candidate has:

• Experience in DTC supplements, health, wellness, beauty, nutra, or a similar direct-response category
• Experience with concepts that have spent $100K+/month or more
• A track record of creating ads that drove actual paid acquisition — not just attractive content
• A strong understanding of Meta buying and how creative impacts scaling
• The ability to manage a creative pod without constant founder hand-holding
• Experience turning customer research, reviews, competitor ads, and offer insights into winning ad concepts
• Strong copywriting instincts
• Excellent visual design skills
• A very good grasp of AI creative and research tools
• The ability to think strategically rather than simply execute assignments

You should be self-motivated. You don’t wait for someone to tell you what to work on — you identify opportunities and create them.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Building weekly creative angles for up to 4–8 products
• Developing 10–20+ new creative concepts/angles per week
• Researching competitor ads, reviews, Reddit, TikTok, YouTube, and customer psychology
• Creating high-converting static and video ad briefs
• Creating concepts for advertorials, listicles, PDPs, and ad VSLs
• Matching creative angles to the correct landing page and offer
• Working directly with media buyers to analyze what is working
• Briefing video editors and other creative resources
• Iterating winning concepts into new hooks, formats, angles, and page concepts
• Identifying weak ideas and killing them quickly when the data says to
• Creating larger production briefs including scripts, budgets, production details, and creative direction
• Using AI and other creative tools to increase speed and output without sacrificing strategic thinking

What We’re Not Looking For

• You only manage campaigns but don’t understand creative strategy
• You need the founder to tell you every angle
• You have no examples of performance creative tied to spend or sales
• You’ve never worked within a real paid-social feedback loop
• Your experience is primarily organic/social content
• You’re primarily a brand designer without direct-response experience
• You’re an agency trying to sell services

We have a proprietary AI tool that you’ll be expected to use. You should be comfortable communicating with AI tools effectively and know how to provide the direction, inputs, and creative judgment needed to get strong results.

Compensation

Base Salary: $60,000–$84,000 per year, depending on experience.

Performance Upside: 2–4% of qualified ad spend from winning concepts you originate, plus breakout performance bonuses at various milestones.

If you can consistently create concepts that scale, this can become a very high-upside role. We are happy to pay exceptionally well for creative that drives exceptional results.

You should be comfortable developing 10–20+ new creative concepts and angles per week across 4–8+ products, including both static and video creative.

You can use AI or whatever creative tools you believe will produce the best result.

You’ll also be responsible for developing creative briefs for larger productions that require scripts, budgets, production details, and creative direction.
