PRN Registered Nurse (RN) – Flexible In-Home Assessment RoleAre you an experienced Home Health RN or Hospice RN looking for a flexible PRN RN opportunity without OASIS documentation, productivity quotas, or on-call requirements?

We are hiring a Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) to conduct in-home client assessments and develop individualized care plans for private pay clients.

You create your own schedule based on availability.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities• Conduct comprehensive in-home nursing assessments

• Evaluate physical, cognitive, and environmental safety needs

• Develop detailed, individualized care plans

• Recommend appropriate levels of non-medical home care

• Communicate clinical findings with office team

• Ensure documentation meets state and agency standards

This is a non-Medicare, non-OASIS role focused on clinical assessment and care planning.

Optional In-Office Training OpportunitiesFor RNs who enjoy mentoring or sharing clinical knowledge, there is also the opportunity to:

• Conduct in-office caregiver training sessions

• Provide skills refreshers and competency reviews

• Educate caregivers on condition-specific care (dementia, fall prevention, hospice support, etc.)

• Assist with orientation for new caregivers

Participation in training sessions is completely optional and can be scheduled based on your availability and interest.

PRN RN Compensation & Flexibility• $100 per completed in-home assessment

• Average visit: 45-60 minutes

• No minimum hours required

• No weekend requirement

• No on-call shifts

• No productivity quotas

• Accept visits based on your availability

Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications• Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Minimum 2 years RN experience

• Home Health RN or Hospice RN experience strongly preferred

• Strong assessment and care planning skills

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to travel within Volusia County
