Outstanding Per Diem Home Health Occupational Therapists needed for field-based positions servicing parts of Santa Clara County.
- South San Jose, Morgan Hill and Gilroy areas

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an occupational therapy curriculum accredited jointly by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association and the American Occupational Therapy Association
- Registered with the National Registration Examination of the American Occupational Therapy Association
- Two years of clinical experience as an occupational therapist
- Minimum of 1 year of Home Health experience preferred
- Demonstrates good verbal and written communication, and organization skill
- Possesses and maintains current CPR Certification
- Valid drivers license

Compensation:
- Competitive compensation based on experience, knowledge, skills, and location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data
- Estimated Annual Full Time Compensation: $153K to $206K (This position is paid on a per-visit basis plus mileage)
- Mileage reimbursement at federal rate
