Job Summary:
Provides inquiry and transactional support services to People Practices customers through case management tools, telephony, chat, and email platforms. Facilitates basic employee data transactions and resolves day-to-day inquiries while ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant support.

Key Responsibilities:
Uses case and knowledge management tools, telephony, chat, online cases, and email platforms to respond to People Practices inquiries and complete basic transactions.
Initiates and documents transactions in compliance with procedures and data privacy standards.
Provides professional and inclusive customer service and escalates complex issues according to established protocols.
Maintains current knowledge of People Practices policies and programs.
Adheres to case documentation and audit requirements.
Triages inquiries for appropriate handling and ensures follow-up to resolution.
Utilizes Workday, ServiceNow, and related systems to support transactions and troubleshoot basic issues.

Education Qualifications:
High School diploma required.

Work Experience:
2-4 years of related experience required.
Experience with Workday or ServiceNow preferred.

Certifications and Licenses:
Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.

Bilingual Spanish written/oral is REQUIRED for this role

This person can sit within any DPR regional location

This is a remote role

LATE SHIFT: This role requires supporting late-shift coverage through 7:00 PM PST.

Anticipated starting pay range:

$32.70- $42.91
