We are looking to add compassionate members to our small but growing Speech department that are excited to work in a collaborative environment with other disciplines alongside our current Speech therapist. We are located in Atlantic Beach,  but have growing opportunities within the company for additional work oppurtunities. Looking for full-time applicants but will consider part-time.
 
Skills Required:

• Valid Florida state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist CCC or CFY
• Completion of graduate degree with clinical hours completed or entering clinical fellowship year
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide speech therapy services to clients in individual settings
• Collaborate with other professionals, such as occupational therapists and ABA therapists, to provide comprehensive care
• Monitor and document client progress
• Provide education and support to families and caregivers
• Participate in team meetings and case conferences
• Participate in professional development activities to stay current with best practices and trends in speech therapy
