Essential Responsibilities

• Complete pediatric physical therapy evaluations and reassessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable functional goals.
• Provide evidence-based interventions addressing mobility, strength, balance, coordination, gait, and gross-motor development.
• Monitor progress and revise treatment plans and recommendations as needed.
• Educate families and caregivers on positioning, mobility, equipment, safety, and home programs.
• Collaborate with OTs, SLPs, BCBAs, physicians, educators, and other care-team members.
• Complete timely, accurate, and payer-compliant documentation.
• Maintain all required professional licenses, certifications, and continuing education.

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program.
• Active and unrestricted Virginia Physical Therapy license.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a pediatric outpatient setting.
