Connect the Dots Pediatric Therapy is a locally owned practice in Corvallis serving clients from birth to 18 through play-based Occupational, Physical, and Speech Therapy. We're looking for a Pediatric Occupational Therapist who wants to do meaningful work in a place that takes scheduling flexibility and support seriously.

Pay: Starting at $37.00 per hour | Hours: 20 to 40 per week available

Schedule: Day shift, after-school hours, Monday through Friday

Job description

You'll provide play-based Occupational Therapy, including evaluation, treatment, and family education, to help children and their families through challenges and come out stronger on the other side. Day to day, that looks like:

• Planning and delivering one-to-one treatment built around each child's Plan of Care, in partnership with their family
• Collaborating with the rest of the care team around each client
• Documenting evaluations, daily notes, and progress reports accurately and on time
• Following the rules and regulations that keep clients and the practice safe
• Showing up for families and teammates with care and effort

What we're looking for

• Ability to interview caregivers, assess the child, and develop a plan of care that meets medical necessity and the needs of the family.
• Sessions that start and end on time, with a clear plan going in
• Good time-management skills; pediatric caseloads move fast
• Clear communication with parents, clients, and colleagues
• Documentation turned in within required timeframes
• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders, Sensory Integration, or feeding difficulties is a plus
• Bilingual skills are a plus
