Pediatric LPN – Part-Time Home Health

Location: Westerville, Ohio
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–7:00 PM
Pay: $31/hour
Patient: 6-year-old pediatric client

We are seeking a caring, dependable, and clinically skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one care for a 6-year-old pediatric patient in the comfort of their home in Westerville, Ohio.

This is a consistent Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–7:00 PM position, offering an excellent opportunity for an LPN looking for a rewarding pediatric home-care assignment.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate one-on-one nursing care
• Administer medications as ordered
• Thicken fluids according to the patient's care plan
• Properly apply and utilize a prescribed compression vest
• Monitor the patient's condition and report changes as appropriate
• Follow the established plan of care and physician orders
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Communicate professionally with the family and clinical support team
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for the patient

Home Environment: The family has one cat.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required
• Pediatric or home-health experience preferred
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Reliable transportation to the client's home
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• Professional, dependable, and compassionate work ethic
• Ability to follow the patient's individualized plan of care
