Private Duty Nurse (RN/LPN) – 1:1 Home Care

Location: Saginaw, MI

Patient: 1-Year-Old

Schedule: 11:00pm-11:00am 

About the Case

1 year old on trach and vent. Great family environment. Nurses should be comfortable around pets, as there are three cats in the home, and physically able to handle transfers, including lifting the client between the bed and floor.

Requirements:

• Active LPN or RN license.

• A positive, engaging personality—someone who enjoys talking and socializing.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care (trach/vent care, medication administration, catheter care)
• Monitor and document patient condition and vital signs
• Assist with daily living activities (ADLs)
• Communicate with families and care teams
• Maintain safe, high-quality, patient-centered care

Schedule & Pay

• Full-time and part-time shifts available
• Day, night, and weekend shifts
• Weekly pay + optional daily pay

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of Michigan
• Home care or private duty experience preferred (not required)
• Trach/vent experience a plus (training provided)
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills

Patient Population

• Pediatrics (birth–21 years)
• Adults with complex medical needs
