Summary
Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in a pediatric patient's home, including G Tube feedings and medication administration. Responsible for clinical monitoring, documentation, and providing support and education to the patient's family.
Job Description
- ne on one skilled nursing care in the patient’s home
- G Tube feedings, medication administration, and site care
- Clinical assessment and monitoring for changes in condition
- Medication administration and treatments
- Accurate and timely documentation
- Family education and caregiver support
Schedule :
- Tuesday - Friday afternoons: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Approximately 16 hours per week
Qualifications & Skills
- Active, unrestricted Georgia RN or LPN license
Experience
- Experience with G Tube feedings is required
- Pediatric home health experience preferred
- Cerebral Pasly, ADL Assistance, experience preferred
Compliance
- Ability to pass criminal background check
- Current negative TB test within 12 months
